Our approach is based on 20 years of international research of Louis J. Thompson and others. Lou has formulated a personal development model based on research into self-esteem and self-belief.

We have applied his model not only to produce personal performance management software tools, but also directly with mentors who work with large organisations, elite sportspeople and with many schools and young people across different cultures.

The company began working with UNITEC in 1999 and is based at Penman House on the Mt Albert campus. We customise and create N.Z. made software tools that measure performance potential and provide development strategies for people in Work, in Sport, and Education.
